Each HESS piece is made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives with a printing defect or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the issue is confirmed and the item is available, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
